Of course, there is no way to just just how LONG it'll take for cracks to form, propagate, and fail the part; however, they are definitely more prone to failing over another part made of the same material with comparable weld-quality, but less welds overall. The titanium is there for a reason, hence why SS321 has been the choice of material for headers. Not saying they won't "work", but I'd spend the extra x-hundred dollars for a better product.
